Calcium Hardness is too high. The only way to lower it is to drain some of the water from the pool and replace it with fresh water of low hardness. To reduce the level of Calcium Hardness to 250 PPM (perfect range), you should drain 17% of the pool water. (CAUTION SOME INGROUND POOLS WILL POP OUT OF THE GROUND IF TOO MUCH WATER IS DRAINED. SEE YOUR POOL DEALER!)

Another Option: You can increase the Calcium Hardness ideal range in Program Settings. The software will ATTEMPT to make the necessary adjustments with other chemicals. However, this amount may cause cloudy water, may not meet local government standards and it may not be possible to balance the water.
